Judith Camposeco Soberano is the Support Group Coordinator for Badger Supports. She oversees the scheduling, planning, and peer facilitator support for all weekly support groups. In her role, she helps ensure that each group is welcoming, consistent, and responsive to student needs, fostering spaces where attendees feel seen, heard, and supported.
Judith is a Social Welfare Major. She is pursuing a certificate in Chicanx & Latinx studies. Judith is also interested in crocheting, music, and reading. She is currently working on crocheting a blanket and is very excited about it.
Judith has learned to support fellow peers and community members through her 75+ hours of volunteering within the community. She has worked with both the Madison and Milwaukee communities. Judith was trained in the Recognize, Respond, Refer: Suicide Prevention program through University Health Services.
Judith loves to listen to a lot of different artists and is always open to talking about music! She is very excited to start working with Badger Support. Judith really likes taking walks around campus due to the beautiful views.
