Sadie Tesch is a Peer Facilitator with Badger Supports, where she facilitates peer-support groups and campus workshops focused on mental health, active listening, and student well-being.
Sadie is a Psychology major with the intentions of earning her masters in Counseling while also pursuing a certificate in Gender and Women's Studies. Sadie loves reading, writing, playing her cello, traveling and spending lots of time with close family and friends.
Sadie has been a lifelong resident of Madison, WI and has spent a lot of time volunteering throughout the community through which she has learned a lot. Sadie holds a passion for community connection and mental health support which was amplified as she got older and was able to learn more from community members around her.
Sadie also really enjoys baking, cooking and hiking. Sadie's first job was as a cake decorator, and a large way she shows care for those around her is by providing them with baked goods whenever she has the time! Sadie is also an avid gardener and a proud plant mom, with a total of 34 house plants!!
